Welcome to Prospera (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Quantum Mining Protocol , a pre-launch reward platform developed by Prospera, where users can earn internal reward points called PRX through verified participation, engagement and referrals.

By registering for Prospera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent under applicable Indian laws (or laws of your country of residence) to use this platform.

2. Registration Requirements

To participate, you are required to submit:

• Full Name
• Verified Email Address (with OTP)
• Country of Residence
• Optional Introducer Code (referral)

All submitted information must be truthful, accurate, and belong to you. One user may register only one account.

3. Quantum Mining Protocol

The Quantum Mining Protocol is an off-chain pre-launch event through which users accumulate PRX tokens earmarked for air drop, based on:

• Verified account creation
• Active daily participation (individual and collective)
• Referral-based growth

All earned rewards are recorded in our internal ledger system and do not carry any present monetary or market value.

4. PRX Token and Future Blockchain Migration

PRX is currently an internal digital reward with no tradability or monetary value. However:

• Prospera is committed to launching PRX as an on-chain token in a future blockchain ecosystem.
• Upon blockchain launch, users will be able to migrate their off-chain PRX balances to the new on-chain token, in accordance with the rules and process defined at that time.

Important: The value of PRX will be determined only after launch, through market forces, including price discovery and available liquidity. We make no representation or guarantee regarding the listing price, liquidity, or market performance of the PRX token.

5. Referral Participation

You may refer others using your Introducer Code. Various PRX incentives as defined under Prospera Quantum Mining Protocol are awarded or credited based on verified and valid new user registrations.

Fake accounts, multiple self-registrations, or abuse of the referral system are strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification or account termination.

6. User Conduct

By participating, you agree:

• Not to create multiple or fraudulent accounts
• Not to use bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantage
• Not to manipulate or exploit platform vulnerabilities

Prospera reserves the right to investigate and take action, including freezing accounts or reversing rewards.

7. No Financial Offering

Prospera does not represent an investment, security, or financial product. Participation in Quantum Mining is voluntary, non-financial, and no monetary contribution is required or accepted.

PRX rewards do not constitute a financial return, and no promise is made of any fixed value or benefit before the official token launch.

8. Platform Updates and Discontinuation

Prospera reserves the right to change the mining logic, suspend, or discontinue services with or without prior notice. All decisions regarding the platform’s operation and reward structure will be at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Prospera shall not be liable for:

• Platform outages or technical errors
• Reward recalculations or reversals
• Delay in token launch or migration
• Loss of access due to user error or violations

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
